Similar to the suggestion that a cocktail be shaken aggressively for 15-20 seconds to incorporate some air and bring out all the flavors, the same theory applies here: the high altitude pour should provide a fresher, brighter tea (and, quite possibly, a hefty dry cleaning bill!).
