With the weather here in NYC finally showing signs that winter may in fact be behind us, I wanted to share a new tea cocktail recipe I have been tinkering with!
This drink was inspired by the classic French cocktail, Kir Royale, and is perfect for a weekend brunch… you’ll never want a mimosa again!
Here you go:
0.5 oz crimson punch-infused vodka (recipe follows)
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a flute glass, then top with the Champagne.
CRIMSON PUNCH-INFUSED VODKA
1 bottle vodka (750 mL)
1/4 cup Crimson Punch, dry
Add herbal tea into the bottle of vodka, replace cap and shake vigorously to combine. Allow to “steep” for 45 minutes, then strain.
