We’ve seen myriad studies proffering how, by bringing a cup of tea up to your mouth, you may help your body in the prevention of cancer.

big mouthBut in a new study out of the University of Texas a link was found between the consumption of tea and the possible prevention of oral cancer.

While the study is still somewhat in its infancy, the early findings showed that about 59 percent of people taking a dose of tea showed a marked clinical response, compared with 18 percent of those who just took a placebo.

Not necessarily time to break out the bubbly, but definitely some interesting findings -looking forward to the full results!
