Here’s a fact that we’ve all known, but it wasn’t until now that science has actually proven:
Folks who drink tea are, in general, more good-humored people. Possibly more eccentric, but definitely more mellow.
The study showed that folks who enjoyed 5 cups (or more) of tea per day were significantly less stressed compared with those who consumed 1 cup or less per day. In fact, these relations persisted when the subjects were stratified by their social status, age, gender as well as a plethora of other factors… in other words, it’s almost definitely the tea.
So relax – drink a cup (or five) of tea!
