How to shop
To place any of the items in your cart, simply click the 'add to cart' button. You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.
Sales Tax
Teaware items (and all sets containing teaware) are subject to sales tax for residents of NY and NJ only.
Payment Options
We happily accept all major credit cards and debit cards with these logos:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We do not accept PayPal or other online payment options at this time.
Shipping
Orders received before noon EST usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. There is a $5.75 shipping fee for all ground packages within the 48 continental US, a $9.75 Expedited (second day) shipping fee within the 48 continental US, and free ground shipping for all orders $60 and over (deducted at checkout). At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Boxes, PO Boxes or international addresses.
Tracking
Once the order is picked up by our courier, you will find all available tracking number in the "order history" section of your "account" page. Simply click the tracking # to go to the FedEx tracking page and view the tracking information about your package.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not take back any opened or used products. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll gladly make appropriate arrangements if you let us know within 30 days of delivery. Just drop us a note.
Promotional Codes
The entry point for your promotional code is found on the very first check-out page. Please enter the code and our system will automatically subtract its amount from your purchase. We unfortunately may not do this retroactively, so please follow these instructions thoroughly and email us if there are still problems before completing your order!
